If curly collars drive you insane - get these!
I wish I had thought to do a before and after - the curl collar is a thing of the past on casual short sleeve shirts. Can’t speak to how long it stays on but it sure looks good today!

Really great product. They really work and can be reused... if you don't repeat my initial mistakes.

When I first got mine, I immediately applied a set to every polo hanging in my closet. That was a mistake. As I went through the week, I'd remove the collar stays at the end of the day and have nowhere to store them other than sitting out sticky-side-up on top of my dresser. By laundry day on Saturday, the dresser was covered in these things, a couple of which ended up sticking together.

The better move would be to put just one set into circulation at a time so that at the end of a day, you could move the stays from the dirty shirt to your next clean shirt in the rotation. Then there is no need to leave a bunch of used collar stays lying around waiting for a clean shirt to become available.

Also, remember to remove them from your shirt before laundering, I have forgotten a couple times and ruined the collar stays on those shirts.

Used properly, these stays really are excellent. They look great all day and stay in place without problem.

....they ran the length of the collar. The iron ons work well but the collar now tends to curl at the edge of the collar stay now. But, if you're good about ironing it before use, the collar will generally stay looking good all day.

I have previously used white colored versions of this iron-on product for lighter colored shirts, and I purchased this black colored iron-on version for darker shirts.
Several washes later, they are still on and staying on. No peeling at all.
I trimmed mine just a bit to get the angle right to fit right up to the edge of the collar.
These work great and I would buy again.

I manage an upscale condominium in Miami where the valets wear white monogrammed polo shirts to compliment their khaki pants. These are great quality shirts, but I've always had a problem keeping them looking fresh and crispy, as the collars would either droop or curl up.. Since I discovered the No Curl Collar, the polo shirts look brand new each time they're worn..The staff love them and no matter how many times they're washed, the collars always stay firm.. I just placed my third order and highly recommend other condos and/or hotels or any place of business that requires the use of a polo shirt as a uniform... From the employers' standpoint, it's a money saver, as the shirts look new and professional at all times, so there is less turn around in purchasing new ones. For the employee, it gives them confidence, as they know they always look good!! Thumbs up for the No Curl Collar!

At first, I was taken-back by the expression "iron on." While growing up on a farm in the 1960's, iron on patches were not fashionable nor durable. Obviously, these are unseen under the collar. I ordered these in black for my microfiber polo shirts worn daily as business casual. Historically, normal wear would cause the collars to start curling at the tips and eventually the entire collar is curled upward. These collar stays were easily applied with a dry iron setting of 5 or less (my iron has 7 settings). Don't use steam in order for the glue to set. If your shirts are microfiber/dryfit brands, be conservative with the heat setting and test on a bottom section. Microfiber is a spun heated filament (stringy plastic) with a low melting point. I have melted past shirts. After the collars cooled, I applied spray starch and dry ironed again. They are working great and getting many complements. I volunteer at church as security/usher. Our uniforms are microfiber black polos. Everyone wonders why my shirts appear new after many washings. I know the patches will only survive so many wash cycles. Maybe, they will easily peel away for replacement. Additionally, it's a good idea to avoid the dryer and hang them somewhere.

Excellent on my cotton polos, but didn't adhere well to polyester shirts. That said, polyester collars don't tend to curl as badly, so I am satisfied with the product.
